INVESTORS
VOD seeks out Institutional and Private Equity as Partners in all ground up development projects. Our structure often has Phase I (Land Acquisition & Entitlement) and Phase II (Vertical Development) Equity Partners. We continue to focus and grow a diverse portfolio of Retail & Mixed Use multi-family communities. The company identifies best valued, un-marketed or otherwise underutilized properties that can be upgraded, converted, redeveloped or sold to add value to the Partnership.

DEVELOPMENT ASSET TYPE
Mixed-Use Retail (Prefer Grocery Anchored Centers) with Multi-family residential apartment communities.
LOCATION
While VOD seeks to acquire assets in high-growth major metropolitan areas throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region (Virginia, Maryland & Washington DC.) Within each market, we endeavor to acquire high quality sites and assets in areas we believe will experience population and job growth.
INVESTMENT STYLE
VOD targets assets which are unknowingly under-valued due to the ineffective property management, the existence of cumbersome governmental regulations, the inability or unwillingness of the existing ownership to infuse capital necessary to develop and effectively maximize value.
